Kushi is a Master’s graduate in Design from CEPT University, combining strong technical training with a deep appreciation for craft, materiality, and making.

She began her career in Mumbai, working across commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. Her approach was further shaped by a return to academia, where she focused on making as a discipline.

Kushi has held senior roles at Mangrove Collective, Vanbros Home, C&S (Head of Design & Development), and 32nd. Her work spans concept to execution, with expertise in research, prototyping, millwork, and manufacturing strategy.

Having grown up in Singapore and studied in India, her practice balances global clarity with a strong grounding in local craft—driven by detailing, systems thinking, and custom design IP.
